Happy New Year from The Marina at Marble Island.
We are happy to announce that the 2025 contracts for our slips and dry rack valet spaces have been posted. You can view them on our rates page.
All our slips include the use of power and water at no additional charge. We also include use of the Harbor House, Tented grilling patio and inground pool for members and their minor children living in the same household. Rubbish disposal for trash generated while boating is included for slips and rack contracts as well. We do offer a 10% discount for contracts paid in full and received or postmarked by February 17th, 2025. We will check postmarks, so get your contract in early
By taking advantage of this discount, you will be joining the finest marina in Malletts Bay for a lower overall price than the other commercial marinas. We are happy to accept Visa or Mastercard payments, however a 3% service fee will be added to the discounted rate. If you would like to pay by card, Please complete your contract and e-mail it to us with a note that you want to pay by card. We will create an invoice and e-mail it to you from Quickbooks and payment can be made through the link. Please remember, to get the early pay discount, payment must be made in Quickbooks on or prior to February 17, 2025
All dock and dry rack spaces will be awarded on a first come first served basis. Payment must be received in full to guarantee a spot. The marina has been at full capacity for several years. Once we run out of available spaces, unsuccessful applicants will have their payment promptly returned. We want to remind you that we cannot guarantee slip placement. We will once again try to accommodate your requests. However, as members buy larger boats we will need to adjust accordingly. We assure you that any location we assign will be suitable for your vessel. Please write any special requests on the bottom of the contract.
Personal watercraft dockage will be available to seasonal slip and dry rack valet members only. PWC dockage is not subject to the early season discount. If you are interested in having your PWC at the marina, please send us an e-mail in late April for a contract. Returning PWC members from last season will get priority for this year.
